The 2025 season delivered extremes — a bone-dry spring followed by good summer rain that pushed our Chardonnay into early ripening and concentrated, intense flavours. We harvested in the cool of the morning, hand pressed straight into stainless steel, and let the grape speak entirely for itself.

The result is pure, fresh, and honest. This is Chardonnay with nothing to hide — and nothing it needs to.
