How it works
1. Choose your pack. A six (20% off) or a dozen (30% off), quarterly or six-monthly.
2. Write your rule. One line, in your words. It sits beside your founder number. You'll pop it in the Delivery Instructions box when you join.
3. Choose your wines. Before every pack, you pick what goes in it. Miss the date & Fred chooses for you, to your rule.
4. Fred packs it to your rule. By hand, every time.

A Chambourcin vine from our home block, for your garden. This spring we pruned the Chambourcin & struck the cuttings that will become those vines, ready to plant in winter 2027.

About Us
We're Cas & Fred. In 2016 we took on a tired vineyard in Broke Fordwich, the quieter side of the Hunter Valley, & set about bringing it back to life. Today there are nine acres of Chardonnay, Verdelho & Chambourcin on our 63-acre property, our wines are made in small batches by hand, & Marley, our Maremma, keeps an eye on all of it.

Is it worth it?
A six works out from $23.20 a bottle & a dozen from $20.30, against our bottle prices from $29. On top of that you get your own rule, a vine for your garden & first pick of every new release.
Do I choose my wines?
Yes, every pack. Before each one, you pick your wines by the choose-your-wines date. If you miss it, Fred chooses for you, to your rule.
What can my rule be?
One line, in your words, like "Always a Chambourcin" or "Surprise us at Christmas". Your rule guides how Fred picks your wines. It doesn't change your pack size, price or what's available, & if it's something we can't do, we'll have a chat & find one that works. You'll write it in the Delivery Instructions box when you join.
How long is membership?
Your first year is four packs if you choose quarterly, or two if you choose six-monthly. After that, stay as long as you like.
Can I skip or pause a pack?
Yes. Just talk to us before that pack's choose-your-wines date. A pause moves your year out with it.
How do I leave?
After your first year, any time, by replying to one of our emails. If life changes before then, like a move overseas, talk to us.
What does delivery cost?
NSW & ACT $15, VIC, QLD & SA $20, WA, TAS & NT $45, on any pack size. Or collect from the vineyard for free.
When do I get my vine?
It'll be ready to plant in winter 2027.

Can I visit for a tasting?
Yes. Once our cellar door opens, members can book a free private tasting by appointment, with a cheese platter on us.
