Tastings & Bookings

1. Bookings

Advance bookings made online are paid for on contact after booking. Phone bookings require a valid credit card to be charged at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Terms

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

• Cancellations or booking changes made more than 24 hours prior to your reservation time will incur no charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking will incur a 50% charge of the tasting fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the tasting fee.

3. Late Arrivals

Guests not ready at the time of booking may have their tasting shortened to ensure we can accommodate all scheduled bookings. The full tasting fee will still apply.

4. Responsible Service of Alcohol

We are committed to the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Unruly Wines reserves the right to refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated or behaves in a manner that is unsafe or disruptive. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

5. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational circumstances, Unruly Wines reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel bookings. Where necessary, guests will be offered a reschedule option or full refund.
